Since 2016, I’ve had the pleasure of creating nearly 200 pet portraits, from cats and dogs to horses, chickens, ducks, and even a budgie! My past pet portraits showcase my unique painting style, with layer upon layer of vibrant brushstrokes. You'll also get a feel for my colour choices (surprisingly little brown!) and my preferred compositions - usually a close-up of the face, slightly off-centre. I always capture the twinkle in the eyes and make sure that their personality shines through!

Curious about me and my process?
I studied art in school before training as a theatre designer in art college. I then spent years working as a scenery painter and prop maker. These days, I work as a graphic designer for the local council and spend my weekends painting!
